Please Note! This service is strictly for Online Sales only. At present we are classed as a "Non-Essential" shop which means we are not allowed to have customers in our shops.

Our Select-Collect-Return service allows you to pick up your online order whilst remaining outside.

Returns & Refunds

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase however in the rare case you are not the goods must be returned in a saleable unworn/unmarked condition within 28 days of purchase.

You have 14 days to inform us of your decision & 14 days after informing us to return the product.

The link below will take you to our Returns Form & Address Label which you can use to print. Please state your name in block capitals and remember to include the order number as this will enable us to refund your payment method quicker when received.

To save you postage costs, you may also return your order to our shop in Woodbridge (address below) providing a returns or exchange note is enclosed.

Refunds will be processed online (not the shop) where the sale was originally made.
